I think it could be the fact that when a deer numnums on a persons arm they become a deer a'swell. That's bad. Please do not attempt to feed the deer your hand or arm or attempt to feed them other objects using your hand or arm because the deer may numnum on you and you may become a deer. Just like them. What a horrifying fate????
